- What currencies do we accept?
Our store uses Euros as the standard currency. All other currencies will be converted to Euros.


- Which payment methods do we accept?
Our store accepts bank transfers, credit and debit card payments including Mastercard, Visa and PAYPAL transers.


- How does physical products shipping work?
Our store uses DHL Express as the main shipping service. Other services include: Poste Italiane (italian
post service), Swiss Post.


- Products return and refund policies
Our store does not accept returns or refunds on any of our digital products, refunds are offered on physical products only if the issue is Omahabricks Team's responsibility. All issues linked to damage during shipping or theft won't be our responsibility. All physical orders will have tracking link to monitor the shipping status. Shipping insurance will be added only on customer request.


- What are the normal our of operation?
Our store is open 24/7, our custumer service is active from 8AM (CET) to 10PM (CET) every day of the year.

Yes, we will create special orders on request only when the the custom order is paid.
